Evercreate is an AI-powered platform builder that allows users to create interactive dashboards and web applications through conversational AI. Projects are rendered as interactive previews within the platform. Evercreate is designed to help you explore, prototype, and demonstrate ideas before committing to full development.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Evercreate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Evercreate, including project configurations, text, and design choices. Evercreate and its underlying platform, components, and technology remain the intellectual property of Evercreate. Generated previews are demonstrations and do not constitute production-ready software.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to Evercreate on a best-effort basis. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits on AI generations, project count, and storage. These limits may change over time. Abuse of the service, including automated or excessive usage, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Evercreate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evercreate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Evercreate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
